Prices 

At NAMMM DK ApS, all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice. We also reserve the right for sold-out items. 

Payment 

NAMMM DK ApS accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay. All amounts are in DKK, Danish kroner, and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items. 

Delivery 

NAMMM DK ApS aims to dispatch orders received before 17:00 the same day; orders received after this time will be sent the following business day. 
We deliver to all of Denmark and Sweden. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address or parcel shop specified when ordering. 
Your items are shipped with Post Nord, GLS, Bring, or DAO. 
Note: If there is no space at the pickup location, the package will be forwarded to the nearest available location, and you will be notified. If problems arise, contact customer service. 
Deliveries are made on all business days. Your order will be delivered 1–3 business days after ordering. For Sweden, delivery is 2–4 business days. 
Some items may be subject to special delivery terms, which will appear before purchase. 

Right of Complaint 

There is a 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our complaint covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing. You may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. NAMMM DK ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent. 

Food products that are not damaged or defective cannot be refunded or returned.

We do not accept shipments sent COD (cash on delivery). 

Refunds 

If a refund is due, please include bank details (registration and account number) so the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can safely be sent via email or electronically, as it is not sensitive and will only be used to complete the refund. 

Right of Withdrawal 

There is a 14-day return policy for items purchased in our webshop. 

The period is calculated from the day: 
– You receive the order. 
– You receive the last item physically, when ordering multiple items delivered separately. 
– You receive the last batch or part when goods consist of several batches. 
– You receive the first item in cases of regularly delivered goods. 
Return shipping costs must be covered by you. 
Withdrawal must be notified within 14 days of purchase, and the shipment must be returned no later than 14 days after notifying us. Notification must be made via email toinfo@nammm.dk. You must clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you want to return the item, you must fill out the included return form and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing delivery without also clearly notifying us. 

Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal 

The following items are not covered by the right of withdrawal: 
– Items made to the consumer’s specifications or with a personal touch. 
– Sealed items that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once the seal is broken. 
– Items that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other products upon delivery. 
– Items where the seal is broken. 
– Non-financial services begun with the consumer's prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ends once the service is completed. 
– Digital content not delivered on a physical medium, when execution has begun with prior explicit consent. 
– Newspapers, journals, or magazines (except subscription agreements). 
– Items bought at public auction. 
– Items that deteriorate or expire quickly. 

According to the Consumer Contracts Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products and other items that may quickly deteriorate or exceed their expiry date.
Therefore, no return or refund is offered for food products, unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.

Return 

You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You must cover return shipping costs. You are responsible for ensuring proper packaging. Include a copy of the order confirmation. The process is faster if you also include the withdrawal form. 
You bear the risk for the item from the moment it is delivered until we receive it. 
We do not accept packages sent COD. 

Condition of the Item Upon Return 

You are only liable for any decrease in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, characteristics, and functioning—similar to trying it in a physical store. 

If the item has been used beyond this, it is considered used. In such cases, you may receive only part of the purchase amount—or none—depending on the product’s commercial value upon return. To receive a full refund, you may test the product, but not actually use it. 

Refund 

If you regret your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid. 
In case of value reduction for which you are responsible, this is deducted from the refund. 
When using the right of withdrawal, all payments received by us will be refunded, including standard delivery costs (excluding extra costs from choosing a different delivery method than our cheapest option). Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notification of withdrawal. Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed. 
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you provide documentation showing that it has been returned.
