At NAMMM DK ApS, all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice. We also reserve the right for sold-out items.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Payment<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

NAMMM DK ApS accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay. All amounts are in DKK, Danish kroner, and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out\/discontinued items.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Delivery<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

NAMMM DK ApS aims to dispatch orders received before 17:00 the same day; orders received after this time will be sent the following business day.<\/span>\u00a0
We deliver to all of Denmark and Sweden. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address or parcel shop specified when ordering.<\/span>\u00a0
Your items are shipped with Post Nord, GLS, Bring, or DAO.<\/span>\u00a0
Note: If there is no space at the pickup location, the package will be forwarded to the nearest available location, and you will be notified. If problems arise, contact customer service.<\/span>\u00a0
Deliveries are made on all business days. Your order will be delivered 1\u20133 business days after ordering. For Sweden, delivery is 2\u20134 business days.<\/span>\u00a0
Some items may be subject to special delivery terms, which will appear before purchase.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Right of Complaint<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

There is a 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our complaint covers defects in materials and\/or manufacturing. You may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product\/service. You must complain within a \u201creasonable time\u201d after discovering the defect. NAMMM DK ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Food products that are not damaged or defective cannot be refunded or returned.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Refunds<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If a refund is due, please include bank details (registration and account number) so the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can safely be sent via email or electronically, as it is not sensitive and will only be used to complete the refund.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Right of Withdrawal<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

There is a 14-day return policy for items purchased in our webshop.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The period is calculated from the day:<\/span>\u00a0
\u2013 You receive the order.<\/span>\u00a0
\u2013 You receive the last item physically, when ordering multiple items delivered separately.<\/span>\u00a0
\u2013 You receive the last batch or part when goods consist of several batches.<\/span>\u00a0
\u2013 You receive the first item in cases of regularly delivered goods.<\/span>\u00a0
Return shipping costs must be covered by you.<\/span>\u00a0
Withdrawal must be notified within 14 days of purchase, and the shipment must be returned no later than 14 days after notifying us. Notification must be made via email to<\/span>info@nammm.dk<\/span>. You must clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. You cannot withdraw simply by refusing delivery without also clearly notifying us.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The following items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:<\/span>\u00a0
\u2013 Items made to the consumer\u2019s specifications or with a personal touch.<\/span>\u00a0
\u2013 Sealed items that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once the seal is broken.<\/span>\u00a0
\u2013 Items that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other products upon delivery.<\/span>\u00a0
\u2013 Items where the seal is broken.<\/span>\u00a0
\u2013 Non-financial services begun with the consumer's prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ends once the service is completed.<\/span>\u00a0
\u2013 Digital content not delivered on a physical medium, when execution has begun with prior explicit consent.<\/span>\u00a0
\u2013 Newspapers, journals, or magazines (except subscription agreements).<\/span>\u00a0
\u2013 Items bought at public auction.<\/span>\u00a0
\u2013 Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the Consumer Contracts Act, the <\/span>right of withdrawal does not apply<\/span><\/b> to food products and other items that may quickly deteriorate or exceed their expiry date.<\/span>
Therefore, <\/span>no return or refund<\/span><\/b> is offered for food products, <\/span>unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Return<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You must cover return shipping costs. You are responsible for ensuring proper packaging. Include a copy of the order confirmation. The process is faster if you also include the withdrawal form.<\/span>\u00a0
You bear the risk for the item from the moment it is delivered until we receive it.<\/span>\u00a0
We do not accept packages sent COD.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Condition of the Item Upon Return<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You are only liable for any decrease in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product\u2019s nature, characteristics, and functioning\u2014similar to trying it in a physical store.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If the item has been used beyond this, it is considered used. In such cases, you may receive only part of the purchase amount\u2014or none\u2014depending on the product\u2019s commercial value upon return. To receive a full refund, you may test the product, but not actually use it.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Refund<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you regret your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid.<\/span>\u00a0
In case of value reduction for which you are responsible, this is deducted from the refund.<\/span>\u00a0
When using the right of withdrawal, all payments received by us will be refunded, including standard delivery costs (excluding extra costs from choosing a different delivery method than our cheapest option). Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notification of withdrawal. Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.<\/span>\u00a0
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you provide documentation showing that it has been returned.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
